About Us

Founded by Mr Surinder Pal Dhall, our hospitality journey began in 1994 with a vision to create exceptional experiences rooted in nature, comfort, and personalised service. What started as a single property has today grown into a distinguished portfolio of premium hotels and resorts across Himachal Pradesh.
Our first milestone, Mini Swiss Khajjiar, set the foundation for offering guests a unique blend of scenic beauty and warm hospitality. Building on this success, we expanded with Indraprastha Resort, Dalhousie in 2006, further establishing our presence in the region.
In 2014, we introduced Indraprastha Resort & Spa, McLeod Ganj, bringing wellness and luxury together amidst the serene Himalayan landscape. Continuing our commitment to excellence, we partnered with leading hospitality brands, launching Fortune Park Dalhousie in 2020.
Looking ahead, our growth continues with an upcoming collaboration with Taj Hotels in Dharamshala (2026) and an exclusive Autograph by JW Marriott in Shimla (2029)—marking our evolution into globally recognised hospitality standards.
With decades of experience, we remain dedicated to delivering memorable stays that combine tradition, innovation, and heartfelt service.
